How to Test V-Sit Hold
Test your V-sit hold time and leg position.
Warm-Up First
Warm up before testing. This prepares your body and gives you a more accurate result.
- 15 minutes light movement
- 2Pike stretches
- 320-30 seconds L-sit hold
- 4Compression drills
- 5Rest 1-2 minutes
How to Perform the Test
- Get into V-sit position (legs above horizontal)
- Hold with legs as high as possible
- Time from stable position to failure
- Note the angle of your legs
What Counts as a Good Rep
- Legs above L-sit (above horizontal)
- Legs straight
- Controlled position
- Higher leg angle = more advanced
Recording Your Result
Record hold time and approximate leg angle. Example: "V-sit 45° - 8 seconds"
